The Grapevine is a social networking group that has two main purposes:
1. Learn more about wine
2. Build a network
of local people
The main idea is to get a group together once a month and pick a wine topic (Your favorite Cabernet,
Chilean whites) and venue (dinner parties, local restaurant or wine bar, wine tasting, vineyard tour). Then the rest is simple
- invite your friends, ask them to invite their friends, and then the network will grow and become a fun way to meet new people,
learn about wine, etc. Nothing pretentious, just fun and social.
The purpose of this web site is to publicize the
group, keep members informed, and attract a broader audience. We'll use this site to get the word out on our organization
and create a better sense of community among our members. We'll also include a member directory, pictures of our events and
members.
Our Mission
This web site and organization is new, so I haven't quite perfected the mission statement yet. Let me know your
